My Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Things

I thrive on routine and when I set a routine I stick to it strictly! Here are the things I do every day/week/month to stay my best self!
DAILY:
morning coffee outside
make my bed (this one is seriously so important. it really sets the standard for your day)
probiotics (seed. has been a game changer in my life over the last few years… I rarely bloat anymore)
outdoor walk (a necessity for my mental health… I will have a menty b if I go two days without my daily walk… the last few months I’ve been walking with a 16lb weighted vest, which really ups the game)
creatine (I started taking arrae’s creatine gummies as soon as they came out & I love them! I notice a huge difference in my ability during my workouts)
arrae constipation supplements (I thought these were interesting so wanted to try and I like them! they help me stay regular! nighttime.)
Clearstem acne supplement (something I take every. single. night and if I stop I do notice more breakouts. nighttime.)
podcast while cooking dinner (this is a part of my routine that I am just so in love with and crave when I’m traveling. when I’m home I cook dinner 98% of nights and eat steak and zucchini almost every single night… sometimes I’ll switch it up to a ground turkey taco bowl w/ ground turkey, white rice, mushrooms, & green onions)
nightly sweet treat (my go-to is blueberries or raspberries with melted cacao… phenomenal!!!)
vitamin C, magnesium, glutathione (I love Cymbiotika… sometimes I slack on this now that I do my monthly IVs)
WEEKLY:
100mg NAD+ a week! (usually 50mg twice a week… read more about my NAD+ journey)
Laundry (change my pillowcase 2-3x per week, full laundry once a week)
Cure Electrolytes (a few days a week I drink either the strawberry kiwi or watermelon electrolytes, I’m obsessssed with them!)
Red or Blue light therapy (3-5x/week)
Infrared Sauna (a few days a week at Strive)
MONTHLY:
IV Therapy (in Stillwater I go to Strive and get the Platinum Infusion… & when I’m in CA, I go to Hydration Well & usually get a Myers Cocktail!
Massage (I get the worst shoulder and neck pain & as an esthetician getting monthly massages are a way I can create longevity in my career! I go to Carley at GLO, she’s miraculous, I do the 90min w/ CBD)
Facial (I typically do my own usually a BioRePeel or Enzyme tx, but sometimes I go get a Diamond Glow & Dermaplane when I want a little treat… but monthly treatments are non-negotiables)
Lash Lift & Tint (I’ve been doing this every 6 weeks for the last year and I am OBSESSED… I use revitalash sensitive & colorescience peptide mascara every single day, so my eyelashes stay healthy! I go to Becca at GLO)
EVERY 6 MONTHS/YEARLY:
Botox (I do my forehead because yo girl gets the worst frown line, I am sooo expressive lol… I tried chin and upper lip botox about a year ago and hated it)
Microneedling (I did 2 microneedling treatments this year and the stimulation of collagen was amazing! really helped with my acne scars!)
Undereye PRF (I have been trying to work on my under eye darkness… I have done one tx so far and already notice a major difference, so I think 1-2 more will make a huuuuge change!)
